Would you like to be a food vendor at this year's fun-filled festival?
The Festival offers both major food vendors and a snack vendor option (which is typically only 1-2 snack items). Snack vendors receive a 10’ x 10’ space on the field and must supply own tent/canopy, or vending trailer. All snack vendors receive a 10’ x 10’ space on the field, while major food vendors receive a 20’ x 20’ OR 10’ 30’ space on the field; ALL vendors must supply own tent/canopy, or vending trailer. If you need a space outside the configurations listed, please reach out to a festival representative.

Required Vendor Hours;
Friday 3pm - 11pm | Saturday 11m - 11pm | Sunday 11am - 5pm. *note, there will be NO permission granted for early breakdown or departure.
Additional Power is available for purchase. Please be aware that power may be up to 25’ away and you must provide your own extension cords. You may not build outside your space and no additional marketing materials or signage outside area, unless pre-arranged with written permission. Booth space can not be sublet to any other entity then what is on the contract - you can share a space, but everyone needs to be represented on original application or have paperwork approved for addition. You are only allowed to sell the items that you have listed (and approved) on application form, so be sure to be thorough.
To apply, submit the completed online application (see register button below). All form fields are required. If not applicable, enter N/A. Upon acceptance you will receive an approval email. Vendor fee may be paid online OR by mailing a check/money order. All participating vendors must provide proof of insurance (no exceptions). Information about insurance requirements will be listed in the vendor agreement.
Note: The Festival is no longer able to assist in the rental of items other than electrical. The following items will be up to you to acquire; canopy, lighting, tables, chairs, banner poles, flooring, etc are NOT included in food vendor fee. Electricity may be ordered with your registration or notify the Festival no later than June 1. Electrical types and costs are outlined in the registration form. Power may be up to 25 feet away from your location, and we do not have extension cords onsite.
